The microbiome test

You collect a small stool sample at home. NirvanaBiome, a CLIA-certified partner lab, sequences it. The report shows which bacteria live in your gut and in what proportions. Flore analyzes that report and adds the neurobiome context.

Your urine panel

The Advanced Neurotransmitter panel (CLIA/CAP) looks at neurotransmitter markers in urine, and it’s what most people choose. On our autism path, the ADL Labs MDM kit (CLIA) looks at Microbially Derived Metabolites, compounds your gut microbes produce. Either way you collect at home and mail it back.

Which urine panel should I choose?

Most people choose the Advanced Neurotransmitter panel. Choose the ADL Labs MDM kit if you’re here for autism. Not sure? Call 415-326-4743 or email [email protected].

What happens after the last payment?

It ends. After the last monthly payment there are no more charges. If you want to keep going, you choose a new program.

Paying in full or monthly: what’s the difference?

Same program, same tests, same probiotics. Pay in full and it’s $100 less, or split the total into 3 monthly payments that end with the program.

Who runs the tests?

NirvanaBiome, a CLIA-certified partner lab, runs the microbiome test. The Advanced Neurotransmitter panel is run by a CLIA/CAP-accredited lab; ADL Labs (CLIA) processes the MDM kit. Flore doesn’t run a lab. We order both tests for you, analyze the results, and make your probiotics.

Will these tests tell me if I have a medical condition?

No. The results are used to build your probiotics. They are not a medical workup. For any health concern, talk with your doctor.

What does “additional gut-brain interventions” mean?

With your neurobiome data on file, you can add Flore neurobiome-directed interventions (NDIs) and other gut-brain options to your formula where they fit your results.

Can I add a coaching session?

Yes, it’s optional. Tick “Add a 30-minute coaching session — $99” before you pick how to pay. It’s a one-on-one microbiome coaching call, booked after checkout.
